Shean Taylor

Owner & Head Coach

Head Coach and Club Owner, Shean Taylor has 10 years experience in the industry.  With a focus on strength and conditioning through resistance and volume training, Shean specialises in Sport specific fitness coaching and rehabilitation.


With a variety of clients over the years, Shean has worked alongside people of all abilities and fitness levels from beginners in the gym to high level athletes.


Shean has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your fitness, dietary and all round general health goals.

James Parker-Ryan

Personal Trainer

James is a dedicated personal trainer specialising in helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss.


With a focus on long-term results and overall well-being, James creates personalised programs unique to his client's goals and lifestyle.


By combining effective exercise routines and practical nutrition guidance, James empowers his clients to overcome challenges and build confidence on their journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle.


James works with a variety of clients ranging from NDIS, rehabilitation, sports specific and weight loss/weight gain.
