We'll be with you from day one, with consultation and your own personal program based on individual goals (optional). Showing you the ropes to your new gym and answering any questions you may have.
From here we provide our members with on-going programming to keep your body responding to your training and permanently cementing that smile of satisfaction and achievement on your face. We want you to get fit, achieve your goals and enjoy your time with us.
Our team members are here for you whether it's a new program, an exercise query or just to chat about the weekend. We care and are here to help.
If you'd like to take the next step in your fitness journey, get back into training or have never used a gym and would like to, we're the gym for you. You tell us what you need and we will to make it happen.
At ZFT we are NOT about our prices or commissions, we don't have consultants who ask you a million questions or tell you there's a super deal just for today. We're all about our members. We will guide, encourage, offer direction and push gently or push hard …….we support you.

Planning Your Fitness Training
At ZFT Gym we have a Getting Started Handbook which will help you to identify your goals and what influences your health and fitness.
Before you even arrive, this handbook will give you advice and information that will help you to set up your personalised fitness training plan. You and our great personal trainers will work with you to achieve your goals.
